Hosted in Lausanne, Switzerland, the 2024 MassChallenge Switzerland Awards Ceremony was attended by over 400 guests and simultaneously broadcast worldwide.
On this occasion, MassChallenge Switzerland also recognized its community of experts, including the 446 independent judges and 478 mentors who supported 118 startups this year, to launch, grow and scale their businesses during the four-month acceleration program.

Envisionit Deep AI is a semi-finalist in the Aunt Minnie Best of Radiology Awards
Very few people in radiology, if any, are not aware of the Aunt Minnie community for radiologists and related professionals in the medical imaging industry. The Aunt Minnie website provides a forum where radiologists, business managers, technologists and members of organized medicine can meet, transact, research and collaborate on topics within the field of radiology – with the ease and speed that only the internet can provide.
Affectionately known as “The Minnies” the initiative is AuntMinnie.com’s campaign to recognize the best and brightest in medical imaging. Numerous candidates have been selected as semi-finalists in 14 categories, ranging from Most Influential Radiology Researcher to Best New Radiology Software. And it’s in the latter category that Envisionit’s RADIFY AI-assisted chest x-ray triage software has been nominated.

Dr. Jaishree Naidoo was in charge of pediatric radiology at a South African hospital in 2014 when she had a moment of epiphany after coming across a news story on the usage of AI recognition pattern in distinguishing animals.
As a radiologist with 20 years of experience, Naidoo was already familiar with pattern recognition, and she could immediately see how AI could be used in the industry to transform the access to diagnostic imaging.
